Lauren Kelleher

After practicing yoga for 25 years, i discovered Kundalini in the fall of 2019 and spent covid practicing in my backyard every day. 

I noticed greater mental clarity and calm despite the stress of the pandemic and decided to deepen my practice by certifying to teach Kundalini. I later certified as a Sound Healer, certified to teach Trauma Informed Yoga and certified to teach Children’s Yoga.

As I mom I feel especially passionate about the benefits of mindfulness practices in the lives of children.
